Sarah
Sarah has worked in healthcare marketing since 2005 and began working at Optegra Yorkshire Eye Hospital in 2007 as Marketing Coordinator and then managed Optegra’s Leeds Laser Eye Surgery Centre until 2018. Sarah then moved to work at Custom Vision Clinic alongside Caroline.
Sarah has been managing ophthalmic clinics for over ten years and has worked together with Caroline since 2015 at Optegra and Custom Vision Clinic. Sarah enjoys building relationships with patients both over the phone and face to face during appointments.
Caroline
Caroline qualified from the University of Bradford as an Optometrist and has twenty years’ experience in optometry, working for Healthcall Domiciliary- a market leading company and Winter’s Independent Domiciliary Opticians.
Caroline has also worked for Custom Vision Clinic and Optegra which are both private opthalmology clinics in addition to Visionplus, Boots and Specsavers High Street Opticians,.
Caroline is a member of the General Optical Council and The College of Optometrists. She is currently an Optometrist Council Member of The British Society of Refractive Surgeons (2019-2023)
Both Caroline and Sarah have completed courses in 2020 in Dementia (Level 3), Safeguarding, Infection Prevention and Control, Information Governance, Health, Safety and Welfare, Consent, Conflict, Equality and Resuscitation.
